How to make changes to your Beachcombing subscription

You can manage your subscription by logging into your Account and accessing the Subscriptions page.

Log into your account

There is only one email address associated with your beachcombing.com account, though each account can have multiple subscriptions associated with it. If you didn't create an account when you first subscribed, you can do so at any time. 

Visit the Account page to log in with your Shopify account login information or the email address you used when you subscribed. The system will send you an authentication code by email and/or text message. Enter the code into the login screen to log into your account.

Updating the email address on your account

Please email us if you would like to change the email address associated with your beachcombing.com account.

Access the Subscriptions section of your account

After logging into your account, click on the Subscriptions link at the top of the page.

Mailing Address

To edit the mailing address for the subscription, click on the Edit address button of the subscription you want to change.

You can choose to change the address for all the products on your account or just this one subscription.

Please contact us if you have trouble making your changes and we'll be happy to help. You can send us your old and new addresses via email. Address changes can take up to 8 weeks to take effect so please be sure to notify us as soon as possible of your new address.

Payment information

If you want to update how you pay for the subscription, click on the Edit payment method link.

You can add a new payment method or edit the current method, for example updating the expiration date and security code on your existing card.

Enter the new information and save.

If your payment failed to go through and you would like us to re-try the charge, please email us or contact us so we can process your payment.

Skipping or canceling your subscription

Click on Manage this subscription to pause or cancel your subscription.

Click on the Skip button to skip the next issue on your subscription.

You have the option to skip the charge or let the charge go through but send your magazine somewhere else, for example to yourself at a different seasonal address.

If you click the cancel button instead of the skip button, you can cancel your subscription entirely.

If your magazine has not already been sent, you can click the button to get a refund of the charge. You can re-start your subsciption at any time.

Not getting our emails?

For passwords and Digital Edition login codes to reach you, you need to make sure you are able to receive emails from Beachcombing.com and BeachcombingMagazine.com. If you don't get an email when you create and account or reset your password, or if you haven't received any emails from us, your computer may be set up to block emails from beachcombing.com and beachcombingmagazine.com.

If you aren’t receiving emails or they are going in your junk folder, please add the following email addresses to your email address book and to the safe senders list in your email program:
