Updating your payment method on your subscription
You can update your credit card information on your Account page. Log in with your email and password then click on "Manage Subscriptions" to edit your billing email or credit card information.
Once you have logged in, it is a multi-step process to update your billing information and indicate which subscription(s) should use the new card. Be sure to do all 6 steps or the charge will not be automatically re-run.
1. From the Manage subscriptions page, click on the "Payment Methods" tab at the top
2. Click Add Payment Method
3. Add the new card details
4. Click "Add payment method"
5. Click on the "Shipping addresses" tab the top and click the down arrow next to the "Associated payment method"
6. Click "Change payment method" then select the new credit card and click "Change payment method"
Once you have done all the steps, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org to have us confirm that the charge went through.
*Accounts and passwords
We don't require you to create an account when you originally subscribe, so if you didn't create an account at that time, you can do so by clicking on the Create one link. If you created an account but you can't remember your password, click the "Forgot password?" link.
For passwords to reach you, you need to make sure you are able to receive emails from BeachcombingMagazine.com. If you don't get an email when you create and account or reset your password, or if you haven't received any emails from us, your computer may be set up to block emails from beachcombingmagazine.com.
If you aren’t receiving emails or they are going in your junk folder, please add the email addresses email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your email address book and to the safe senders list in your email program.
